Održana radionica “Šume i šumski požari”
Association Serbian Society for Emergency Situations, June 11, 2020. held a workshop “Forests and forest fires” in Grza. The workshop was attended by high school students from the Municipality of Paracin.
Considering climate change and global warming of the planet, fires are frequent in our area as well, because self-ignition of dry vegetation occurs due to high temperatures. Very often human lives are endangered.
The aim of the workshop was to acquaint young people with the dangers to human health and life, due to the occurrence of fires in the forest.
The workshop was held by Dr. Ivan Božinović, a specialist in emergency medicine.
Members of PK “Javorak” explained what the focal points are and how they are marked.
